Required application materials: 

1. A letter of intent, including short and long-range goals inclusive of why they are interested in the Cleft Lip and Palate/Craniofacial Fellowship

2. Three letters of recommendation

3. A personal curriculum vitae

4. Requirements for matriculation into fellowship at the University of Oklahoma include graduation from an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Training Program in the United States or Canada.

Program description: High volume cleft lip/palate fellowship with developing craniofacial surgery. Two ACPA recognized cleft teams with excellent interdisciplinary collaboration and team effort. Surgical procedures encompass the full range of cleft surgery from primary lip/palate to final orthographic surgery and rhinoplasty. Other aspects of Craniofacial surgery (DO, Hemifacial etc) are regularly evaluated and treated. Cranial Vault surgery is developing with addition of new faculty.  Clinical research is required during the year.
